Refund Policy

The following Refund Policy (these “Refund Policy”) governs your refunds and cancelation policy for the misti.services platform, through www.misti.services (the “Website”), by Misti LLC  (Brusnik bb , Kobas 78423 , Bosnia and Herzegovina).

The cases under which the Buyer has the right to cancel their order are listed in this agreement:


The Service provider does not respond and does not accept the order.
The Service provider has accepted the order but refuses to fulfill it. The appeal will be considered within 48 hours, with a full refund.
The Service provider accepted the order, started to implement, but for certain reasons cannot complete order. The appeal will be considered within 48 hours with a full or partial refund.
During the order fulfillment, the customer has decided to cancel the order, in this case, they are required to make an appeal to arbitration. The appeal will be considered within 48 hours, with full or partial refund,depends by how much of work is done on order.

If you purchased the wrong service or you’ve just changed your mind and don’t want to get your ordered service, we will make full refund.

Please keep in mind that appointed event time can be changed and slot reservation can be canceled only if you notify us about your will 12 hours before the event start. If you miss your appointed event, we will reschedule you for next first available spot.

Cooling off period is the time from which you make an order on misti.services, and until Service provider starts order execution.You can cancel order anytime in that period.Refund is issued within 24 hours.
